NTG Services

We provide on-call, on-site, client organization visits and consulting:

• IT consulting for network design, implementation & project support
• Onsite maintenance: weekly, bi-weekly, on call– Customized to fit your schedule
• Backup verification
• Troubleshooting hardware and software conflicts/issues
• Internet and email maintenance and support
• Remote support options

All on-site labor work that is completed at a rate of $115 an hour for the first hour (1hr minimum.)  Parts and software are not included.

We provide client In-house Services: 

• Computer Repairs
  • Install new virus protections
  • Removal of virus and spyware infections
  • Troubleshooting hardware issues
• Back-up documentation on external hard drive
• Purchasing custom Dell personal computers, including hardware and software

All in-house labor work is completed at a rate of $115 an hour for the first hour (1/2hr minimum) and $85 for each additional hour. Parts and software are not included.
