On-call, on-site, organization visits and consulting:
- IT consulting for network design, implementation & project support
- Onsite maintenance: weekly, bi-weekly, or after hours.
- Backup verification
- Troubleshooting hardware and software conflicts/issues
- Internet and email maintenance and support
- Remote support options
- All on-site labor work is completed at a rate of $115 an hour for the first hour (1hr minimum.) Parts and software are not included.
In-house Services:
- Computer Repairs
- Install new virus protections
- Removal of virus and spyware infections
- Troubleshooting hardware issues
- Back-up documentation on external hard drive
- Purchasing custom Dell personal computers, including hardware and software
- All in-house labor work is completed at a rate of $115 an hour for the first hour (1/2hr minimum). Parts and software are not included.
